Application signature must be witnessed by management employee or signature notorized.
Each person, 18 years of age or older, who will reside in the apartment must:
  1. Leaseholders: complete rental application (inc. valid SSN and 2 year history
    Occupants: complete rental application (inc. valid SSN/ind TIN & 2 year history)
  2. Complete release form for credit and/or background check
  3. Show valid State issued Photo ID
  4. Pay application fee $25 per person (money order-nonrefundable)
  5. Leaseholders show documentation of income/savings (last 2 months)
    1. Pay stubs (minimum 2) or
    2. Cancelled pay checks or
    3. Bank statements (applicants) or
    4. Verifiable offer letter (from well-known company) - new job only

Upon Application Approval
Pay a holding fee within 2 days (money order only) to be credited as part of the first months rent.
 

Move-in Day
  1. Pay Security Deposit (money order only).

  2. Provide proof of valid Renters Insurance Policy.

  3. Pay the remainder of the first months rent (money order only).
